We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, lead volume, platform approvals, or deliverability. Any examples or projections are illustrative only.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information required to perform services

Maintain appropriate access and permissions for tools we configure

Use all systems in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and carrier/platform requirements

Obtain proper consent from your contacts before initiating SMS, email, or voice communications

5. Messaging and Consent

If you use SMS, MMS, email, or voice automations configured by Bird's Eye View Condo, you are solely responsible for obtaining recipient consent and complying with all applicable laws, including TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and carrier requirements.

6. Third-Party Platforms

We may integrate third-party tools and platforms, including communication providers and CRM systems. Bird's Eye View Condo is not responsible for outages, enforcement actions, service interruptions, or policy changes imposed by third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bird's Eye View Condo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
